Rental Procedure:
If you are interested in viewing a
particular rental, come into our office and check out keys. Keys can be
checked out from our office weekdays before 5:00pm (4:00 for county properties)
and Saturdays before 4:00pm (3:00pm for county properties).
Once you have viewed a
property, you can fill out a Rental Application. Rental applications may
be obtained at our office or faxed to your location. Applications are
required for all prospective tenants over age eighteen. All persons
residing in the unit must complete the application process.
When we receive your application
we will be checking your credit history, rental references, and income
verification or ability to pay.
The application fee is $30.00 per
person. The cosigner fee is $15.00. All application fees
are non-refundable.
